This toolkit is something I created to help you gently connect with that part of yourself that is creative and all-knowing. Let’s call this Higher self. Being in Higher Self is a mindset too, that supports creating your reality. This short reset toolkit is designed to shift feelings, then patterns without force and help you stay attuned to your soul’s rhythm.

These practices are not meant to add more to your to-do list—they’re simple, intuitive moments to reset and remember your truth, express your visions, and feel peace. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and return to them whenever you need.

Knowing we have a hand in creating our reality, holding some attitudes helps with one’s day. No matter the dream you wake with, or any feeling you may wake with that is less than glorious, before grabbing your phone, choose to imagine and then create anew. Breathe deeply and say one sentence out loud or silently:

It’s so good to feel peace and gratitude and to feel embraced in love.

Say it until you can feel it some or completely. Let it ripple through your body as a morning intention. You may then choose to see situations that arise in your day from that feeling place. Your choices are key to changing patterns and to maintaining change.

When you notice a trigger or old feeling:

Pause, put a hand over your heart. Ask:

What would a liberated version of me do or feel right now?

Visualize and embody this for a while and enjoy. Strengthen your Higher Self.

(Remember your encounter with your higher, liberated self from a session or in another experience or just create it now.)

Gently Ask: 

Show me the root of a pattern I'm ready to release… and a glimpse of what response is possible beyond the pattern I now embody.

or

What do you want me to understand and shift? 

You can write down the first answer that comes to mind. Trust it. 

You can do a weekly ritual whenever you feel it!  Ask:

What story am I still living that doesn't belong to me anymore?

Then:

What would be a story that embodies a higher frequency? 

Show me an image, symbol, memory or mindset that carries that frequency.

There is that part of you that knows and will shift as you remain open to it and open to embracing new feelings/beliefs.
