What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT)?

This is a time of deep listening, where I come to understand your life story, intentions, and questions.
We also spend time deepening the questions you bring in.
Often, clarity begins to emerge even before hypnosis begins.
When you are ready, I guide you into a deeply relaxed state where inner experiences naturally arise.
In this state, scenes unfold effortlessly as memories of past lifetimes, sometimes understood as soul lifetimes or subconscious stories and a broader perspective of the soul’s journey. Deep experiences of patterns and release and more unfold for healing and shifts.
Every session is unique and guided by your own Higher Self, bringing forward what is most helpful for you.
As the session unfolds, your questions are explored fully and answered from within this expanded state of awareness.
Guided by your intentions, I support communication with your Higher Self to get the most valuable and specific information, insights, direction, advice for your physical and emotional balance and shifts.
I then have your Higher Self do a body scan across physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels for healing.
After emerging from your deep experience, we gently review key insights and experiences.
You will receive a recording of the hypnosis session.
With each listening, you can experience the guidance anew, supporting ongoing inspiration, integration and personal transformation.
