I listen to the intentions you have for the session and to your life experience, which is always sacred to me and fully confidential.
We'll also talk about your questions that you bring to the session and flesh them out. It all is part of getting deeper so I can best be your guide and advocate in the session.
After our conversation, there is a regression. It's easy to get to an inner focused state, which is the hypnosis state. With a gentle induction you are invited to simply relax and go to that place when you day dream.
You'll be guided to describe several meaningful scenes that unfold as memories of past lifetimes or meaningful subconscious stories or significant memories of your current lifetime in the past.
What comes through is Always relevant and relatable to your current life. You'll get wisdom, guidance and even healing from this experience.
Next, you will be guided to continue speaking from that place of Higher connection, your own Higher Self or Higher Mind intuition.
Knowing you and your intentions from our conversation, I ask the questions you brought in. I inquire more deeply with follow up questions to get the most valuable and specific information, release, direction as well as a body scan and healing.
After emerging from your deep experience, there is an integration and grounding time. We will review some of the significant highlights and messages.
You'll get a recording of the hypnosis since you won't remember it all, even though conscious mind is aware and in control and thinks it does.
At each listening, you will experience the guidance anew and get further inspiration to act on the insights and information.
