Intentions for Your Session
Before listing your questions, take a moment to reflect:
What is your intention for having this session?
What in your life is calling to be changed, healed, or deeply seen?
What inner voice is urging you to seek clarity, insight, or transformation?
Write your intention above your questions. This anchors your session in the energy of your heart’s truth.
Use a pen and paper to write a list of questions.
They can be based on your personal growth or career goals or life direction, emotional concerns, health, relationships, mysteries of your soul journey, what calls to you. (10 question is common)
If you have a week before your session, look at them each evening to see how you can go deeper with them and/or how they may morph.
You’ll receive clearer, more specific guidance when you ask open-endedquestions rather than yes/no questions.
Try beginning your questions with:
Yes/no questions can be rephrased into broader inquiries that invite richer insight.

Bring a copy for me to the session or even better, EMAIL THEM TO ME a day or two BEFORE YOUR SESSION.
Every session is unique.
Your session will unfold within your own consciousness, in the way that’s right for you—not necessarily like the sessions you’ve seen online.
Whatever level of depth you reach will serve your healing, insight, and awakening.
Trust the process. It is always guided by a higher intelligence that knows what is most needed.
Leave expectations behind
Day of Your Session
Please eat a light meal or snack before the session so you aren't hungry during our session.
You can also bring a snack as you may be hungry afterwards or before you leave.
Limit caffeine. Please don't eliminate all caffeine if a regular coffee or tea drinker, just limit) You want to be relaxed, but you do not want to a caffeine withdrawal headache.
Your session recording will become an ongoing source of healing.
Each time you listen, you may receive new insights, clarity, and energetic alignment.
Let it unfold over time—your healing starts now and continues beyond the day of the session.
