Intentions for doing your session:
What is your intention for having a session? There are a lot of reasons you might seek a session and understanding why you are booking a session is helpful. You may want to consider what in your life is calling you to be changed or looked at.
Writing Questions:
Create a list of questions and concerns (Limit or combine 5-10 questions, 10 is common)
Ask more open-ended questions to get more information rather than Yes/No questions.
You will get more specific information with questions starting with ‘How’, ‘In What ways’, ‘What is the root of’ or 'What do I need to know about..' questions. The yes/no answer is embedded in a more open-ended question.
Examples and ideas for open-ended questions:
'What is the root of (an illness, or a pattern or trigger, or circumstance), then 'What steps do I need to take to heal or to change the circumstance or 'What are the best practices or modalities for healing'. Or 'What is (an illness) wanting me to know',
For conflicts.... 'How can I best approach (a difficult situation or relationship or business situation)' or 'What are the actions I need to take', 'Is there something I need to look at'
For goals or projects, rather than 'Should I do this or that', the questions may be, 'What are the steps to take towards..', or 'what is blocking me from achieving..' or 'What are my best assets' or 'Who are the people who can support me in making the project or accomplishment a success'.
For clarity in next steps, you may want to ask 'What is my highest excitement that will pave the way for my next step'.
We are using the Higher Self to help us with specific actions and knowledge to get the best information and success.
After you make your first list of questions, review them daily before your session and rewrite them as they may change or may be combined and more succinct.
Bring a copy for me to the session or email the day before!
We will also review the questions in our conversation. Some answers can come through even before the hypnosis, during our deep conversation! Certainly some will get more fleshed out and clarified.

Leave expectations behind
Every session is as unique as the individual who has one. Your session will unfold within your own consciousness, in your own way and will look different than those videos you may have watched on sessions. Your session is Yours, relevant to only you and what Higher Mind wants You to know.
A Quantum Healing hypnosis session is an easy 'focused inner attention' to your own visions and awareness while in a higher state of mind. The observer part of you will likely be aware of your experience as it is happening and remember some things, but not all (that’s why listening to recording is paramount).
Listening to the recording: This is part of the QHHT session! It is an ongoing healing with continued ongoing insights reexamined and re-experienced at each listening. Remarkably you will often hear new things. Listening is paramount as you rewire the new insights.
Light meal or snack before the session
Eat a light snack or light meal prior to your session and please don’t start our time together being hungry.
Limit caffeine (do NOT ELIMINATE if a regular coffee or tea drinker, just limit) You want to be relaxed, but you do not want to be nursing a caffeine withdrawal headache.
Clear your day after the session, most need rest/integration time.
