PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION

Intentions for Your Session


Before listing your questions, take a moment to reflect:

What is your intention for having this session?
What in your life is calling to be changed, healed, or deeply seen?
What inner voice is urging you to seek clarity, insight, or transformation?

Write your intention above your questions. This anchors your session in the energy of your heart’s truth.


Writing your Questions


Use a pen and paper to write a list of questions.

They can be based on your personal growth or career goals or life direction, emotional concerns,  health, relationships, mysteries of your soul journey, what calls to you. (10 question is common)  

If you have a week before your session, look at them each evening to see how you can go deeper with them and/or how they may morph. 


How to Ask Powerful Questions

You’ll receive clearer, more specific guidance when you ask open-endedquestions rather than yes/no questions.

Try beginning your questions with:

  • How...
  • In what ways...
  • What is the root of...
  • What more do I need to know about...
  • When is the best time to...

Yes/no questions can be rephrased into broader inquiries that invite richer insight.


These are only some examples and ideas for open-ended questions. Yours can encompass what is pertinent to you:


Next step & Direction

  • What is my highest excitement that will pave the way for my next step?
  • What are the steps to take towards (specific goal)....?
  • What is blocking me from achieving....?
  • What are my best assets or gifts to expand on?
  • Who are the people who can support me in making the project or accomplishment a success? 


Health

  • What is the root of (an illness, or a pattern or trigger, or circumstance)?
  • What steps do I need to take to heal or to change the circumstance? 
  • What are the best practices or modalities for continued health besides getting direct healing now?
  • What is (an illness) wanting me to know'?
  • In what ways am I hindering healing?


For Relationships or conflicts 

  • What are the ties or contracts I have with...?
  • How can I best approach (a difficult situation or relationship or business situation)?
  • What are the actions I need to take to resolve....?
  • What more do I need to look at that I haven't?
  • How can I best forgive...?
  • In what ways can I better connect with others?
  • How can I best support my son/daughter/family member?


Self Awareness-Emotional growth

  • What are the practices or mindsets to work on for me to grow spiritually?
  • What practices should I embark on to develop my (intuition, life force, personal power or abundance)......?
  • How can I best release (pattern, trigger, childhood pain)?
  • In way ways can I better deal with my grief?
  • Where do I need to employ more boundaries and how?
  • What more can I heal or know about in order to feel fulfilled and on my path?


Mysteries 

  • What is the meaning of (an experience or dream)?
  • What is the purpose of my life or this incarnation?
  • How is my current life ancestry affecting life now?
  • How or in what ways can I clear any ancestral traumas?
  • What are soul families or connections and who are they in my life now?
  • What more is there to know about my soul's growth?


Bring a copy for me to the session or even better, EMAIL THEM TO ME a day or two  BEFORE YOUR SESSION.


Let Go of Expectations

Every session is unique.
Your session will unfold within your own consciousness, in the way that’s right for you—not necessarily like the sessions you’ve seen online.

Whatever level of depth you reach will serve your healing, insight, and awakening.
Trust the process. It is always guided by a higher intelligence that knows what is most needed.

Day of Your Session

Please eat a light meal or snack before the session so you aren't hungry during our session. 

You can also bring a snack as you may be hungry afterwards or before you leave.

Limit caffeine. Please don't eliminate all caffeine if a regular coffee or tea drinker, just limit) You want to be relaxed, but you do not want to a caffeine withdrawal headache.


After Your Session

Your session recording will become an ongoing source of healing.
Each time you listen, you may receive new insights, clarity, and energetic alignment.

Let it unfold over time—your healing starts now and continues beyond the day of the session.
