Quantum Healing Hypnosis: Access Your Higher Self

Hypnosis in a therapeutic setting has often been compared to a state of daydreaming or the transitional phase we experience before or after sleep.  It is also simply what Brian Weiss described  as a

"Relaxed Inner focus." This state allows everyone to relax and access what Dolores Cannon referred to as the 'subconscious' 

Dolores broadly employed the term 'subconscious' to explain that "much larger, more powerful, and more knowledgeable portion" of her clients' minds. This state is also referred to as the Higher Self or Higher Mind. 

All levels of hypnosis depth can successfully guide you to the place within that holds the answers. As Dolores noted, we can enter a hypnotic state even while awake during the day (watching t.v., immersed in a book).. 

During QHHT or any hypnosis, you may find your conscious mind observing from the sidelines, often receding while that deeper part of you is immersed in the experience.  

Each person's journey is unique, and the experience varies each time you have a session. Your higher mind is aware, and you can easily express the first thing you see, feel, or imagine without judgment or censorship.  This is beauty of how a session unfolds, just expressing from a deep and knowing place.
