EVE'S Easy Daily subconscious, Higher Mind Reset toolkit

Access the field of consciousness, wisdom quantum healing

I like easy!

Welcome. This toolkit is something I created to help you gently connect with your inner guidance your Higher Self/Mind. 

It is to shift patterns or feelings without force, and stay attuned to your soul’s rhythm. If you've had a session, it continues to reinforce a shift or an intention into a shift. 

These practices are not meant to add more to your to-do list—they’re simple, intuitive moments to reset and remember your truth, express your visions and feel peace. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and return to them whenever you need.

Morning

 One-Sentence Self-Hypnosis
After waking (before grabbing your phone), breathe deeply and say one sentence out loud or silently:
"It's so good to feel peace and gratitude, whether it is change, challenge or stillness"
Let it ripple through your body. No need to repeat. Let it land.

Midday

Pattern Interruption & Reimprint
When you notice a trigger or old feeling:

  • Pause, put a hand over your heart.
  • Ask: "What would a liberated version of me do or feel right now?"
  • Visualize her. Embody her for just 10 seconds.

In the Evening or Bedtime

Short Ask:

"Show me the root of a pattern I'm ready to release… and a glimpse of what is possible beyond it." 

  • "What do you want me to understand and shift?
  • "What more am I to practice or know to keep this transformation alive?"


You can write down the first answer that comes to mind. Trust it.  


Weekly Reset Ritual

Weekly Reset Ritual (15 minutes)

Sunday Evening Reset:

  • Light a candle or incense. (if you want)
  • Place a hand on your body (heart, or solar plexus).

Ask:

"What story am I still living that doesn't belong to me?"

Then:

"What frequency, or what do I embody, to replace it this week?"
"Show me an image, symbol, or memory or mind-set that carries that frequency."

Breathe it in. Choose a sentence or image that holds this frequency for you to carry into the week.

Dreamwork

Dreams are Instructional and/or Inspirational

Once in a while you may want to do DreamWork: Here is a simplified version of dream interviewing and dreams that simply inspire. (So, just play with it. You'll know what is true because you'll get a big Aha, a big hit that it is true.  Otherwise just contemplate.(BTW, I do dreamwork and can help if you'd like) 


  • Write down an open-ended question based on something that is a challenge or curiosity in your life.  (See preparing for your session on this site for open-ended questions). 
  • Set an intention to have an instructive dream. The dream may show you important information visually, emotionally or symbolically.  No worries if it's pleasant or unpleasant - it's all just information!
  • Have  a dream journal, or better a mini recorder nearby (no cell phone).. It is easy to just press the record button and even mumble your dream or even just an image or sensation. Upon awakening listen, feel into it, ask yourself:
  • Is there a part of myself or someone/something in my life like: Insert the dream image or person (personality to you) or feeling?
  • How can I use this knowledge and bridge it to my life now?

Ex: A dog (I'm a bit afraid) is running after me. The dog has attributes like (name of person or even a part of yourself). I feel anxious.   Ask: Is there someone in my life like (attributes of the dog) that is running after me making me feel anxious.  Or: Is there a part of myself that is (like that attributes of the dog) that keeps pursuing my mind and I feel anxious?


How can I use this: If you get a hit that it's about a person: Confront that person? Stay away? or Let go?  

Or If it's a part of your personality... look at that part of yourself that is creates anxiousness.

Ex. 2: A dream of striking colors that flash before me. I feel awe.   

  • Ask: Is there something in my life that is full of color (what is color to you)? You may then get a hit on a class you are contemplating on taking!  Or is there a part of myself  that feels awesome (like those colors made your feel) that I can enhance?
  • you may get a beautifully clear dream, full of supportive images/people.  You will know that upon awakening.  


ex. I met my loving  Spiritual Mother and Father and woke up feeling so much Love and held it for days.  I can still feel their embrace and their wisdom when I choose to invoke them.  So much of our time here is choice.......
