Welcome. This toolkit is something I created to help you gently connect with your inner guidance your Higher Self/Mind.
It is to shift patterns or feelings without force, and stay attuned to your soul’s rhythm. If you've had a session, it continues to reinforce a shift or an intention into a shift.
These practices are not meant to add more to your to-do list—they’re simple, intuitive moments to reset and remember your truth, express your visions and feel peace. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and return to them whenever you need.
One-Sentence Self-Hypnosis
After waking (before grabbing your phone), breathe deeply and say one sentence out loud or silently:
"It's so good to feel peace and gratitude, whether it is change, challenge or stillness"
Let it ripple through your body. No need to repeat. Let it land.
Pattern Interruption & Reimprint
When you notice a trigger or old feeling:
Short Ask:
"Show me the root of a pattern I'm ready to release… and a glimpse of what is possible beyond it."
You can write down the first answer that comes to mind. Trust it.
Weekly Reset Ritual (15 minutes)
Sunday Evening Reset:
Ask:
"What story am I still living that doesn't belong to me?"
Then:
"What frequency, or what do I embody, to replace it this week?"
"Show me an image, symbol, or memory or mind-set that carries that frequency."
Breathe it in. Choose a sentence or image that holds this frequency for you to carry into the week.

Once in a while you may want to do DreamWork: Here is a simplified version of dream interviewing and dreams that simply inspire. (So, just play with it. You'll know what is true because you'll get a big Aha, a big hit that it is true. Otherwise just contemplate.(BTW, I do dreamwork and can help if you'd like)
Ex: A dog (I'm a bit afraid) is running after me. The dog has attributes like (name of person or even a part of yourself). I feel anxious. Ask: Is there someone in my life like (attributes of the dog) that is running after me making me feel anxious. Or: Is there a part of myself that is (like that attributes of the dog) that keeps pursuing my mind and I feel anxious?
How can I use this: If you get a hit that it's about a person: Confront that person? Stay away? or Let go?
Or If it's a part of your personality... look at that part of yourself that is creates anxiousness.
Ex. 2: A dream of striking colors that flash before me. I feel awe.
ex. I met my loving Spiritual Mother and Father and woke up feeling so much Love and held it for days. I can still feel their embrace and their wisdom when I choose to invoke them. So much of our time here is choice.......
