My years of life, my studies, practices, and intuitive skills have all been foundational to my calling to explore how we access deeper truths — and how to help others do the same.
For over 30 years, I’ve studied and practiced dreamwork with Dr. Gayle Delaney.
Dreamwork is a wonderful foundation for getting personal insights from symbolic images, while the quantum healing session brings even more profound wisdom that weaves in further clarity.
I hold a Master’s in Teaching, and my years of teaching adults have deepened my sensitivity and insight into our shared humanity.
My time as a licensed practitioner at a licensed practitioner at Centers for Spiritual Living reflects my appreciation for people's histories and for supporting their transformational practices.
My journey has also been shaped by early firsthand extrasensory experiences and out-of-body awareness, which led me to study at the Monroe Institute.
I later trained as a Spiritual Intuitive through Intuition University where I honed my connection to subtle guidance.
Naturally, I bring my lifelong and continuing studies in traditional hypnotherapy and psychology into each session.
I integrate everything I’ve learned — not as theory, but as direct, embodied practice to support our human understanding and expansion.
I love all that expands our mastery in life.
What I’ve found is that Quantum Healing — QHHT® and BQH — offers one of the most direct and transformative ways to access inner guidance and maintain that connection over time.
I live these principles in my own life.
Inner guidance is my daily practice.
BTW, since my youth, I’ve been drawn to dance in many of its forms — and I continue dancing, even traveling and performing.
Through my own Quantum Healing sessions, I’ve discovered that the origins of both dance and my fascination with mind and expanded states of consciousness trace back across the 'All time'.
