A session can last up to 4 or more hours and has four aspects: An interview where I get to know you, your intentions and questions. Next is the regression, followed by getting higher-self answers to your specific questions. Last is an integration time to highlight significant messages and answers and speak about ongoing benefits.
We first have a meaningful and purposeful interview, so I can best be your guide and advocate in the session.
I listen to the intentions you have for the session and to your life experience, which is always sacred to me and fully confidential.
We'll also talk about your questions that you bring to the session and flesh them out.
After our conversation, there is a regression that gives guidance for your most important Current lifetime.
It's easy to get to an inner focused state. With a gentle induction you are invited to simply relax and get to that place you go to when you day dream.
You'll be guided to describe several meaningful scenes.
These scenes unfold as soul's memories of past or parallel lifetimes or can be subconscious stories that hold meaning, or significant memories of your current lifetime.
What comes through is Always relevant and relatable, and gives wisdom and guidance for your current life experience.
Next, you will be guided to continue speaking from that place of Higher connection, your own higher self and intuition.
I ask your Higher Self/Mind to allow me to ask questions on your behalf. Knowing you and your intentions from our interview, I ask the questions you brought in and inquire more deeply with follow up questions to get the most valuable and specific information, release, advice and healing.
You'll get Clarity and direction.
Higher Self performs a body scan. I ask for and encourage healing. I ask Higher Self for your open trust in healing and for final messages.
After emerging from your deep experience, there is an integration and grounding time. We will review some of the significant highlights and messages.
You'll get a recording of the hypnosis since you won't remember it all.

It is part of the healing work. At each listening, you will experience the guidance anew and get further inspiration to act on the insights and information.
